What a day of a Talent Acquisition Partner looks like:
Manages full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates. This includes candidate management and resume review.
Partners with hiring manager to understand and prioritize hiring needs. Develops strong selection processes using established methods coupled with creative and innovative techniques and tools.
Conducts thorough intake sessions for each assigned requisition. Works with hiring managers to set clear expectations, clarify hiring needs and responsibilities, and gain acceptance of service level.
Develops, maintains, and supports multiple projects such as developing candidate pipelines, advertising campaigns, career advising, and candidate cultivation programs.
Sources potential candidates through online channels, social business platforms, and professional networks to ensure rich and diverse candidate pools.
Reviews resumes, advertising responses and employment applications. Screens applicants for technical competence, applicable background, and skills. Advises supervisor regarding reference checks and evaluates reference data concerning previous employment record.
Develops, reviews, and advises hiring committees on effective interview questions and techniques.
Trains employees on recruiting and hiring process, procedures, and compliance.
Plans and executes internal and external hiring events and other talent acquisition projects, as required.
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
Partners with the compensation team to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Four years of related experience to include one year of full-cycle recruiting
Knowledge of:
Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications
Behavior- and competency-based interview techniques and applicant appraisal
Current industry and technology trends in the field of talent acquisition
Contemporary or emerging sourcing and talent pipeline building techniques and technology, and on-boarding processes and concepts
Federal, state, and local employment laws and practices
Skilled in:
Customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations, and take responsibility for a high level of service
Managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects while demonstrating a sense of urgency, thoroughness, maintaining data integrity, and meeting deadlines
Professional verbal and written communication utilizing various delivery methods.
Organizational and project management skills
Ability to:
Manage ongoing workload demands of both planned and unplanned projects and requests
Identify and solve problems through creativity and sound recruiting principles
Nurture, foster and negotiate employment offers
Licenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:
Regular physical attendance required

Experience with Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter
Two years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Licenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:
PHR or SPHR certification
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
