Responsibilities / Tasks

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, who will take ownership of our recruitment process. You will become part of a strong People Partner team located in Søborg and will have close contact with the business and our HR Operations Hub in Berlin.

Collaboration and relationship building are essential in this role. Moreover, we have listed some important tasks below:

  • Support the recruitment process in close collaboration with the hiring manager, including developing job advertisements, advising on recruitment, and participating in interviews for selected positions.
  • Optimize and standardize various steps in recruitment processes and act as a link to our global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Conduct proactive search through relevant channels to supply qualified candidates to the applicant pool
  • Be responsible for our employer‑branding activities by organizing and representing GEA at career fairs, collaborating with universities, and other relevant initiatives.
  • Report on and actively work with recruitment related KPIs

Your Profile / Qualifications

To succeed in the role, it is important that you thrive with taking responsibility.

We also expect that below resonates with you:

  • Some years of recruitment experience and relevant education. Simply a background that enables you to take our Talent Acquisitions activities to the next level
  • Ability to manage and optimize systems and processes
  • A natural flair for creating and ensuring smooth and effective workflows
  • Experience with WorkDay or another HCM application is a plus  
  • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English — written and verbally
  • Great understanding of the business needs based on the dialogues that you will have with teams and managers within GEA
  • Experience performing active sourcing is a big plus.
