Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage high-volume candidate pipelines for early career roles, including internships, entry-level positions, and campus recruiting programs.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on role requirements and hiring manager preferences.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support recruiting strategies.
  • Assist with career fair logistics, virtual events, and campus recruiting coordination as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related administrative role (internship experience counts!).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with scheduling tools, calendars, and applicant tracking systems (experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms is a plus).
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences.
