Your Impact.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruiting efforts and supporting the growth of our business. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent, helping us deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.

In this role, you’ll manage full cycle recruiting across business functions while partnering with the Lead Talent Partner on sourcing strategies and team projects. You’ll also work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, craft engaging job postings, and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.

This is a highly collaborative and fast paced position that requires creativity, strong relationship building skills, and a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities.

Recruiting and Candidate Experience.

  • Manage a high volume of candidates through the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Assist with interview coordination and scheduling, making sure communication and feedback are timely and accurate.
  • Support onsite hiring events by helping with logistics, working with facilities, and ensuring a welcoming experience for candidates.

Sourcing and Pipeline Strategy.

  • Use creative sourcing techniques to connect with passive talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines, finding creative solutions when hiring volume slows or traditional hiring classes decrease.
  • Attend career fairs and networking events, building connections with colleges, universities, and career associations to support employer branding and talent engagement.

Hiring Manager and Team Partnership.

  • Support hiring managers by posting jobs, sharing candidate updates, and helping to move candidates quickly through the process.
  • Work closely with the Lead Talent Partner as a go to recruiting assistant providing sourcing support, pitching in on hard to fill roles, and helping execute team priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent team members on projects that improve processes and enhance the candidate's experience.

Data and Insights.

  • Help track and review skills assessments (e.g., Skill Gorilla) and other recruiting activity data.
  • Support reporting by gathering insights on pipelines, candidate skills, and market trends to help hiring managers make informed decisions.

Other Projects.

  • Be flexible and take on new responsibilities when needed, especially during times of slower hiring volume.
  • Contribute to HR and Talent initiatives, projects, and events that strengthen team success and company growth.

Your Experience.

  • Organization and Time Management: Handle multiple openings and high candidate volume while meeting deadlines.

  • Sourcing Support: Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and referrals; eager to build sourcing skills.

  • Candidate Experience: Strong communication skills to keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.

  • Adaptability: Flexible with shifting priorities, slower hiring cycles, or new responsibilities.

  • Detail-Oriented: Accurate in scheduling, data tracking, and interview logistics.

  • Technology Skills: Proficient with Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Slack; quick to learn new tools.

  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful when tackling challenges like hard to fill roles or limited candidate flow.

  • Team Collaboration: Works closely with the Lead Talent Partner, hiring managers, and HR teammates to meet hiring goals.

Education and/or Experience.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Proven track record in developing sourcing strategies, assessing talent, and successfully closing candidates.

Work Environment:  

  • This job operates in an hybrid office environment.
  • Both the ability to commute to the office on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week) and a home office appropriate for remote work are required.
  • This role requires 5-10% travel
