This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their recruiting career by growing into a strategic talent acquisition partner. This isn’t a support role—you’ll be a true partner to the business, helping shape a talent-first, culture-driven team at scale. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to identify, attract, and hire exceptional individuals who raise the bar at every level.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting Execution & Coordination

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across departments, from intake to offer

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, ideal candidate profiles, and effective sourcing/interview strategies

  • Publish and manage job postings across internal and external platforms

  • Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, job boards, and networks

  • Conduct initial screens and guide candidates through each stage of the process

  • Coordinate interview panels, gather feedback, and ensure timely, high-quality communication

  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects our culture and values

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring teams, providing timely updates, candidate insights, and recommendations

  • Ensure alignment across interviewers on role expectations and evaluation criteria

  • Help hiring managers make timely, data-informed, and values-aligned hiring decisions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the process

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and job data in our ATS, Ashby

  • Share weekly recruiting reports and pipeline metrics with the TA Manager and executive leadership

  • Lead post-hire debriefs to capture feedback and inform future searches

  • Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience

  • Contribute to documentation and playbooks that support scalable, high-bar hiring practices

Results:

  • Timely, high-quality hires: Each stage of the hiring cycle is executed with urgency and precision, balancing speed with quality. Time-to-fill targets are met or improved based on evolving benchmarks

  • Strong stakeholder satisfaction: Hiring managers and candidates consistently report a white-glove experience and partnership that builds trust and efficiency

  • Robust pipelines: Priority roles have a steady inflow of qualified, values-aligned candidates through proactive sourcing and thoughtful outreach

  • Data accuracy & visibility: Recruiting activity is consistently documented in the ATS, enabling clean reporting, trend analysis, and decision-making

  • Demonstrated growth: Shows increasing ownership, strategic influence, and performance, signaling readiness for promotion into a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of business and technical roles, including functions such as operations, marketing, finance, engineering, or IT

  • Experience as an in-house recruiter supporting cross-functional business teams

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously

  • Clear, confident communicator who can build trust with candidates and hiring teams alike

  • Familiarity with modern sourcing methods, tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset—especially when navigating ambiguity or evolving needs

  • Desire to grow into a more strategic, high-impact talent acquisition partner over time

Location:

  • Las Vegas, NV (hybrid)

Compensation:

  • $85,000-$105,000

  • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).

Relocation Assistance:

  • IC-level positions: $5,000–$7,000 in relocation support (capped at $7,000).
