Corporate Recruiter

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Compensation: $95,000 to $100,000 CAD annually

The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in networking and telecommunications technology for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Ottawa. This is a full cycle, end to end recruiting role within a corporate environment, working closely with stakeholders across the business from intake through offer.

What You Will Actually Do

•Manage full cycle, end to end recruiting, from intake through offer, within a corporate environment

•Partner directly with hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and keep the process moving

•Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, at every stage of the hiring process

•Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities at once in a fast moving corporate environment

Who We Want

•A recruiter with 3 to 5 years of full cycle, end to end corporate recruiting experience

•Someone confident managing relationships with stakeholders at every level, from hiring managers to leadership

•A strong communicator, both verbal and written

•Someone comfortable operating inside a large, global, corporate organization

What You Bring

•3 to 5 years of full cycle, end to end recruiting experience within a corporate environment

•Strong stakeholder management experience

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Based in or able to work from Ottawa, Ontario
