It is an exciting time at CVS Health, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about healthcare and building a network of pharmacists and hiring top talent for our Retail stores across the country. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will develop and implement a comprehensive pharmacist recruitment strategy and manage the full cycle recruitment process after fully understanding the needs of the hiring leaders. You will develop strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs (Human Resource Business Partners), and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver high quality proactive recruitment resulting in adding talent to CVS Health.
You will accomplish this by:
- Strategizing with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs for each role and to develop effective sourcing strategies
- Creating and executing on a recruitment strategy with the internal customer that includes timelines and deliverables and is knowledgeable on innovative sourcing practices and tools
- Managing the full cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and developing a strong pipeline of qualified and diverse talent
- Acting as a critical search partner by working with a high volume of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Demonstrating specialty in pharmacist recruitment, communicates to candidates and hiring leaders with knowledge about CVS Health, benefits, and the business

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Kenexa, Taleo
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes within state and out of state (could include plane travel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high volume full-life cycle recruiting with demonstrable record of accomplishment of delivering high impact recruiting solutions
- Innovative sourcing methods and experience in creatively finding new candidates
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills to ensure timely and proactive follow up on all activities
- Experience in healthcare recruiting

High School Diploma required; Bachelorβs degree preferred or equivalent work experience may substitute
