Talent Acquisition

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at RapidSOS, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent to fuel our continued success. You will own the full lifecycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. This role is focused purely on talent acquisition, allowing you to dedicate your expertise to sourcing, engaging, and securing exceptional individuals.

As a key member of the People Team, you will work cross-functionally with hiring managers, HR, finance, and leadership to develop innovative recruiting strategies, enhance candidate experience, and improve operational efficiencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about leveraging data, technology, and best-in-class hiring practices to build high-performing teams.

What youโ€™ll do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across primarily go-to-market and corporate teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Take the lead in creating and implementing structured interview processes to ensure fair and consistent candidate evaluation.
  • Guide and coach hiring managers on asking effective, behavior-based interview questions to uncover the right talent.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing methods, including networking and outreach.
  • Conduct insightful and engaging interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural match (or add!).
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and a positive interaction.
  • Drive offer negotiations and facilitate the closing process to secure top talent.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all hiring strategies and practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and interview techniques.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process.

What weโ€™re looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally with a focus on GTM & corporate roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that drive high-quality hires.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams, while establishing and maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, ideally Greenhouse.
  • Showcases a growth mindset and adaptability; ability to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • No ego - our team believes in โ€œpurpose over prideโ€ where no task is beneath us.
  • Passion for DEI hiring initiatives and enhancing candidate experience.
  • Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Bonus: Previous experience working in a recruitment agency environment.

What we offer:

  • The chance to work with a passionate team on solving one of the largest challenges globally
  • Competitive salary and benefits and equity participation
  • A dynamic, flexible and fun start-up work environment with a highly talented team
