Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to source for top talent that are both highly skilled and a great cultural fit. Solid experience hiring for professional and technical roles is preferred. This is an amazing opportunity to take a great recruiting skill set to the next level!
 
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth transition from offer to onboarding
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet organizational goals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team
  • Network and develop relationships
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods, traditional job boards, as well as innovative and creative methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone/virtual video screenings
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Build, develop, and maintain a pipeline of both passive and active qualified candidates
  • Perform reference checks as needed
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience with pharma and/or hiring for digital roles, technical roles a PLUS
  • Ability to handle 15+ active requisitions simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues ex:  LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor
 
Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Dallas, Boston, Cincinnati, New Jersey)
  • Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
  • Travel may apply based on position
  • Hours may vary based on position and location of client
