Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner supports workforce excellence by recruiting top healthcare professionals and building strong pipelines of qualified candidates. This position serves as a strategic advisor to leaders across Centralus Health and within the community, strengthening talent attraction and elevating the overall recruitment process. By combining relationship building with innovative sourcing strategies, the Talent Acquisition Partner ensures timely, effective hiring that directly advances the organization's mission of delivering exceptional care.āÆāÆ
Job Functions
- Serve as a strategic partner to leaders, providing labor market insights, recruitment recommendations, and support throughout the hiring process.
- Proactively identify and engage talent through multiple channels, including online platforms, professional associations, and community networks.
- *Represent Centralus Health at industry events, conferences, and community engagements to expand awareness and strengthen talent pipelines.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies that enhance the TA team's impact and ensure access to top talent.
- Craft compelling job postings and recruitment collateral that promote diversity and attract highly qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to share best practices and continuously improve processes.

Education / Experience Qualifications
:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated responsiveness, adaptability, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technology.

Preferred:
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- 3+ years of staffing or healthcare recruitment experience.
Physical Requirements
- 90% sitting; 10% standing.
- Must be able to remain at a workstation and move as needed to complete job tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Exerting up to 10 - 25 pounds of force occasionally in carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing only occasionally. Light physical effort may be for preparation or travel to recruitment events along with long walking distances.
