Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
- Running end‑to‑end hiring for roles across media performance, with support around you when you need it
- Spending real time sourcing and talking to candidates, not just managing inboxes
- Building genuine relationships with hiring managers so hiring feels like a shared job, not a handover
- Being the person candidates remember for the right reasons; clear, honest and human
- Shaping how we attract talent and telling better stories about our teams and work
- Using data and insight to improve how we hire (we’ll help you learn this)
- Helping make our hiring fairer, more inclusive and more enjoyable for everyone involved
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for
- Experience as a Resourcer or recruiter, ideally agency‑side or in-house, ready to step up
- Confidence speaking to candidates and stakeholders, even when things aren’t straightforward
- Curiosity about media, performance marketing or digital roles (you don’t need to know it all yet)
- A practical mindset. You like fixing problems and making things better
- Organisation skills that mean nothing important gets dropped
- A genuine interest in people and what makes them tick
- Openness to learning, feedback and trying new ways of working
