DEPARTMENT SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to support full‑cycle recruiting across engineering, technical, and professional roles. This position is ideal for a TA professional with approximately three years of experience who is ready to take ownership of requisitions, strengthen partnerships with hiring leaders, and contribute to a high‑performing talent function.

Experience within defense or aviation manufacturing and familiarity with modern sourcing and ATS tools will be highly beneficial in this role.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide consistent updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Source candidates using SeekOut, job boards, networking, and proactive outreach strategies tailored to engineering and technical talent.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data within UKG and other recruiting systems.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow‑
  • Support process improvements and collaborate with TA Operations and HR partners to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Participate in career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Track and report basic recruiting metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • All other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in TA coordination, TA operations, and/or full‑cycle recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting engineering and technical talent.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Proactive, learning‑oriented mindset with a desire to grow within the TA function.
  • Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Agency recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity or proficiency with Seek Out and UKG.
  • Experience supporting high‑volume or hard‑to‑fill technical searches.
  • Participation in hiring events, career fairs, or community recruiting initiatives.

 

DETAILED WAGE INFORMATION

Wage range for this role is between $95,000 - $125,000 plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay. The range provided is Janicki’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities
