About the role  

We seek a talented, passionate, and experienced Global Talent Acquisition (for at least 9 month contract with the potential to extend) to join our one-of-a-kind HR team. As a Global Talent Acquisition at Surecomp, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent and contributing to the organization's growth and success.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong background in HR sourcing and recruiting and is looking to be part of a global and caring company while playing an essential role in driving the company's success.

Part-time (50% commitment with the potential of growing into full-time position), flexible hours.

Reporting to SVP HR.

 Knowledge and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a global tech company.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and challenges.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies.
  • Experience with recruiter corporate on LinkedIn - Must.
  • Experience working with Comeet - Plus.
