Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. Will schedule candidate interviews for our US/Global team, post our jobs using our Applicant Tracking System - Greenhouse and assist TA Operations with data integrity by conducting weekly audit reports. This opportunity requires person to sit within Eastern Time Zone, and work a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday 9am EST to 5pm EST. This is a great opportunity for a person who is looking to work in the Talent Acquisition Operations field within the rare diseases pharmaceutical industry.

Work Model: 

Remote: Officially documented as working full-time from home, with travel to Ultragenyx's offices or other locations on occasion as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm US and Global interviews between candidate and interview panel using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Greenhouse
  • Collaborate with recruiters in tracking interview progress, and ensure timely execution
  • Support the Senior Manager, Talent Operations with managing Greenhouse data and integrity
  • Suggest potential alternatives to current processes to improve efficiency
  • Protect and maintain the privacy of candidate information throughout the interview process

Requirements:

  • Preferred prior experience using Greenhouse
  • Intermediate, but preferred advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to communicate timely, clearly and effectively (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills with internal and external customers #LI-Remote
