What you’ll do at Deel
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is a key member of the TA Operations team, responsible for maintaining the systems, tools, and workflows that enable efficient and high-quality hiring at Deel. This role owns interview scheduling through Ashby, manages structured interview plans, supports interviewer programs, and ensures job setup and pipeline configuration are standardized and compliant.
The coordinator partners closely with recruiters and TA leadership to maintain candidate experience quality, ensure data accuracy, and support interviewer readiness. They also maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge resources for the global TA team. This role is central to the day-to-day execution and operational integrity of the recruiting function at Deel.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Scheduling (Ashby): Manage scheduling through Ashby automation, ensuring alignment with interviewer availability and a seamless candidate experience.
Interview Plan Management: Maintain structured interview plans in Ashby to ensure consistency in evaluation and role alignment.
ATS Setup (Ashby): Own job setup, including workflows, templates, permissions, and automation to support accurate and efficient hiring processes.
Interviewer Programs: Support training programs (e.g., Elevate), track participation, and maintain up-to-date interviewer documentation.
Interviewer Pool Management: Monitor and maintain certified interviewer lists, manage capacity, and identify gaps across teams and regions.
Candidate Journey Oversight: Track candidate progress, surface blockers, and partner with recruiters to drive timely, high-quality experiences.
Tooling Support: Provide troubleshooting and onboarding support for Ashby users; assist with Metaview where used.
Documentation & Enablement: Maintain clear, accurate documentation for scheduling, interviewer expectations, and TA operations workflows.
TA Partnership: Collaborate with recruiters and TA leadership to align tools and processes with hiring needs and team priorities.
Strong experience with Ashby (scheduling, job setup, workflows, automation).
Nice to have: Familiarity with Metaview for interview structure and feedback.
Experience supporting interviewer programs and managing process documentation.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Clear communicator, able to work across global teams and functions.
Background in TA operations, recruiting coordination, or HR systems support.
