Job Summary:
As the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager, you will spearhead our strategy to attract, engage, and seamlessly integrate exceptional talent across the organization. You'll possess a strong understanding of the talent market, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and champion a positive end-to-end experience for both candidates and new hires. This role involves leading the full talent lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding.

Requirements:
• 8+ years in recruitment at a SaaS company (as a bonus, experience at a construction technology or enterprise SaaS company)
• Previous experience leveraging ATS platforms. At Bridgit we use Workable.
• Experience working with multiple departments throughout the talent acquisition and onboarding process - IT, Finance, Legal, Hiring Manager
Skills:
• Consultative Recruiting: Highly independent, a problem solver and excel in consultative recruiting, regularly tracking and delivering recruiting insights/analysis to inform internal stakeholders. Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines and our ability to close top talent.
