About the role
We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team and deliver end-to-end recruitment and deliver proactive in recruitment across the organisation. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders to support workforce planning, manage recruitment pipelines, resolve workforce deficits and attract high-quality talent through targeted recruitment.

 

What you’ll do

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle activities for a range of roles
  • Building and maintaining talent pools and pipelines
  • Working closely with hiring managers and candidates
  • Work closely with managers to develop and maintain FTE planners, identifying current and future staffing requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance to leaders on recruitment best practice, employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, compliance requirements and equitable hiring processes.
  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Candidate Matches.
  • Support international recruitment activities, including candidate attraction and relocation support.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing of talent and headhunting using recruitment platforms such as SEEK and LinkedIn.
  • Sound understanding of modern recruitment practices, tools, and employment legislation.
  • Experience with Targeted Selection methodology (advantageous).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset and genuine passion for connecting people with purpose-driven careers.
