 Job Description:

Foreground is partnering with a regional financial services group in the UAE to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for driving recruitment strategy across the banking and financial services portfolio. This leader will oversee workforce planning, employer branding, and end-to-end hiring to attract top regional and international financial talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with business heads to forecast workforce needs and design sourcing campaigns.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, assessments, and offers.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and universities.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR or Business; Masters preferred.
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of regional hiring trends, compliance, and compensation structures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred.
