As a Talent Acquisition Manager at hallo theo, you will actively shape our hiring process, contribute your own ideas, and ensure that our teams continue to grow – with the right people at the right time.

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from ad creation to onboarding.
• You will work closely with our hiring managers and guide both them and our candidates through the interview process
• You identify suitable talents through various channels – active and passive.
• You will help develop our employer brand and bring a breath of fresh air to our recruiting strategies.
• You create candidate experiences that will never be forgotten – transparent, warm, and efficient.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
• Passion for people, communication and matching.
• Experience with active sourcing and modern recruiting tools.
• Structured working methods and a good sense of culture fit.
• You speak fluent GERMAN, ENGLISH AND SPANISH .
