The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as an integral part of the Human Resources leadership team.  This leader oversees a team of Recruiters and HR Coordinators to create and implement long and short-term strategies for acquisition of hospital/clinic staff, leaders and physicians.

If selected, you'll work closely with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to talent planning, recruitment and selection.  You'll also ensure Overlake has the appropriate technology, resources and social media presence to effectively recruit and retain great people. Compliance with all relevant employment laws, policies, accreditation agency standards and collective bargaining agreements is also an important part of this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s degree preferred.

Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration: 

  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.

Experience: 

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a high-volume recruiting environment required. 
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.  
  • Previous healthcare experience, ideally including provider recruiting, highly preferred. 
  • Experience working with collective bargaining agreements preferred.

Special Training/Skills: 

  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to address executive management. 
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems or ERP recruiting modules.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment marketing principles and tools.
  • Knowledge of compensation fundamentals.
