Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
Manage full-cycle recruitment (from requisition to onboarding).
Lead mass hiring for operational roles and recruit for managerial positions.
Oversee workforce planning and recruitment budgeting.
Monitor and improve KPIs (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire).
Lead and develop the recruitment team.
Build employer branding initiatives and external partnerships.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
Optimize recruitment processes and ATS utilization.
8+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in Retail or F&B.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with high-volume recruitment and ATS platforms.
