As part of the HR team and alongside Marion (HR Manager) and Kaënaath (Talent Acquisition Specialist), you’ll play a key role in shaping WeWard’s growth by attracting and onboarding top talents across our Paris and New York offices.

Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from defining needs and sourcing to offer management and onboarding of new hires.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business challenges, anticipate future needs, and design tailored hiring strategies.
Lead recruitment processes end-to-end across Tech, Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Data teams — in both Paris and New York.
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience: you’ll be the face of WeWard for our future talents.
Contribute to onboarding initiatives to ensure smooth and engaging integration for all new joiners.
Share market insights and data to help the business make informed decisions on hiring priorities and strategy.
Collaborate with Marion & Kaënaath to strengthen our employer brand, optimize our tools (ATS, CRM, analytics), and continuously improve our processes.
Drive innovation in recruitment : You’ll play a key role in shaping how we leverage AI and automation to make our recruitment more efficient, data-driven, and scalable — from sourcing tools and automated screening to reporting and candidate engagement.
