- Salary: up to £58K per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the end-to-end recruitment strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders to forecast and meet workforce needs.
- Manage and inspire the talent acquisition team.
- Drive high-volume campaigns and innovative sourcing methods.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive candidate experience.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in senior recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Experience managing teams and large-scale campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of professional career pathways (e.g., legal, apprenticeships).
- Data-driven approach with ATS and recruitment analytics expertise.
