About the Role

  • Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Role: Permanent, full time
  • Location: Liverpool City Centre, hybrid
  • Salary: up to £58K per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of the end-to-end recruitment strategy.
  • Partner with senior leaders to forecast and meet workforce needs.
  • Manage and inspire the talent acquisition team.
  • Drive high-volume campaigns and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive candidate experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in senior recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Experience managing teams and large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of professional career pathways (e.g., legal, apprenticeships).
  • Data-driven approach with ATS and recruitment analytics expertise.
