Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our recruiting function in alignment with Laborie's growth and innovation goals. This role will oversee full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with business leaders, and ensure our hiring practices reflect industry best practices, compliance standards, and a commitment to an inclusive organization. 
 
Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position Laborie as an employer of choice. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture. 
Recruitment Operations
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles across the organization.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies using data, market insights, and technology.
  • Oversee recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Best Practices
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with FDA, EEOC, and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness for hiring processes.
  • Champion equitable hiring practices and support inclusive goals.
Technology & Tools
  • Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Leverage analytics to inform decisions and improve candidate experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership and strategic planning responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in the medical device, biotechnology, or life sciences industry strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of compliance requirements within regulated environments, including FDA and EEOC guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and influence talent-related decisions.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics platforms; experience with system optimization and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-orientated, with strong project management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for process optimization and innovation in talent acquisition.
