Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our recruiting function in alignment with Laborie's growth and innovation goals. This role will oversee full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with business leaders, and ensure our hiring practices reflect industry best practices, compliance standards, and a commitment to an inclusive organization.
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position Laborie as an employer of choice.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
Recruitment Operations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles across the organization.
- Optimize sourcing strategies using data, market insights, and technology.
- Oversee recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with FDA, EEOC, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for hiring processes.
- Champion equitable hiring practices and support inclusive goals.
Technology & Tools
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- Leverage analytics to inform decisions and improve candidate experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership and strategic planning responsibilities.
- Prior experience in the medical device, biotechnology, or life sciences industry strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements within regulated environments, including FDA and EEOC guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and influence talent-related decisions.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics platforms; experience with system optimization and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized and detail-orientated, with strong project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for process optimization and innovation in talent acquisition.
