Role Overview

Our confidential client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead structured, high-quality recruitment across priority roles. This role drives sourcing strategy, improves hiring processes, and ensures a strong candidate experience while partnering closely with business leaders.


Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.

- Run structured kickoff sessions with hiring managers and define success profiles.

- Build proactive talent pipelines and market maps for critical roles.

- Implement consistent evaluation tools (scorecards, structured interviews).

- Manage recruitment reporting (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source ROI).

- Coordinate offers and support onboarding handover for a smooth joiner experience.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure organized hiring documentation and approvals.


Qualifications

- Bachelors degree (HR, Business, or similar)

- 8+ years experience in TA/recruitment (in-house or agency); management exposure preferred.

- Strong sourcing and assessment capability across mid-to-senior roles.

- Confident stakeholder management and communication.


Preferred / Nice-to-have

- Experience hiring in [Industry] or comparable sectors.

- Employer branding project exposure (content, events, EVP support).

- Advanced ATS capability and data analysis.

- Bilingual (Arabic/English).
