TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

IMPACT ON BUSINESS:

This Talent Acquisition Manager position is ideal for a dynamic corporate recruiter and brand ambassador who will source, engage, and hire exceptional talent across key corporate disciplines including Technology, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and more. This individual will have the opportunity to focus on strategic executive search and sourcing strategies, as well as full-cycle recruiting for high-impact corporate positions while building strong talent pipelines for future business needs.

In this position, you’ll represent our unique employer brand, connect with both active and passive candidates, and create an exceptional hiring experience from first contact through offer acceptance. You’ll act as a trusted talent partner to executive leadership, providing insight-driven recommendations and ensuring alignment between business goals and recruitment strategies. This is a hands-on recruiting opportunity where you’ll combine relationship building, innovative sourcing techniques, and modern tools including AI platforms like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to deliver results.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES [Essential Functions]:

  • Partner with hiring managers and executive leaders across Technology, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Real Estate, and other corporate functions to understand business priorities and create targeted recruitment strategies.

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate roles, from proactive sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using direct outreach, professional networks, LinkedIn, and AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to attract top passive and active talent.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

  • Strengthen Bealls Inc.’s employer brand visibility by leveraging LinkedIn and other social media platforms to expand reach, showcase our culture, and attract high-quality talent.

  • Optimize the use of the Indeed Resume Database and other sourcing platforms to connect with active job seekers.

  • Facilitate the interview process, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and alignment between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, measure sourcing effectiveness, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Stay current on recruiting best practices, market trends, and emerging tools to keep Bealls competitive in attracting corporate talent.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge, strategies, and tools that improve overall department performance.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Proven success in executive-style corporate recruiting for competitive and specialized talent, particularly within Technology, Finance, and other specialized corporate functions.
  • Expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and outreach, through screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, all while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including direct outreach, LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and referrals, with a track record of identifying and engaging both passive and active talent.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance productivity, creativity, and top-of-funnel recruiting strategies.
  • Skilled brand ambassador and relationship builder who can partner confidently with executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Oracle), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and standard business technology (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable to shifting business needs and market conditions, with a proactive, problem-solving approach to recruiting challenges.
