About the Job
The Talent Acquisition Manager is at the forefront of our people strategy, ensuring we attract, evaluate, and
secure the best fit for our dynamic and growing organization. This role leads full-cycle recruitment including
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for roles all over the US and across different departments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead First Impressions: You are the face of our company to prospective candidates, bringing our brand,
culture, and values to life in every interaction. - Source & Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively source, identify, and cultivate a qualified pipeline for each
position and location, ensuring we stay ahead of hiring needs. - Identify & Engage Talent: Conduct pre-screen interviews to assess fit, experience, and alignment with our
values. - Seamless Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with the appropriate teams, ensuring an
efficient and engaging candidate experience. - Keep Us Aligned: Set up structured scorecards to evaluate candidates objectively, follow up on interview
feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions. - Champion Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and leadership to strengthen our employer brand
and attract top-tier talent. - Be the Go-To Resource: Communicate benefits, offerings, compensation plans—including commissions
and bonuses—to potential hires with clarity and confidence. - Strategic Hiring Support: Recommend top candidates, provide market insights, and help refine hiring strategies to align with company goals.

Preferred qualifications include:
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, preferably with experience in a DMC or the
hospitality industry. - Strong ability to assess talent and build relationships with candidates at all levels.
- Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills—you make complex processes feel effortless.
- A knack for employer branding, storytelling, and creating a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying proactive and solutions-oriented.
- Passion for people, culture, and making an impact through hiring.
