The Talent Acquisition Manager leads recruitment strategy, execution, and stakeholder partnership across the organization to attract, engage, and hire high-performing talent. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of a seamless, efficient, and inclusive hiring experience that supports business growth and organizational excellence.
Key responsibilities include managing and developing the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance on complex requisitions, and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate engagement. The Talent Acquisition Manager partners with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, align recruitment strategies with organizational priorities, and ensure compliance with employment and data governance standards.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing interview scheduling and offer processes, ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates, and maintaining consistency across all recruiting documentation and practices. The role also ensures adherence to corporate policies while championing best practices that strengthen the organization's employer brand and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within all talent acquisition activities.
Education/ Experience
Master's Degree in Business Administration, the Behavioral Sciences, or a Human Resources-related field. An AIRS recruiter designation is additionally preferred.
Six (6) years of direct multi-discipline, high-volume corporate and/or outsourced recruitment operations management experience.Β
Experience in the design and delivery of talent acquisition programs within the organization.Β
