We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to manage the team responsible for attracting and recruiting business operations colleagues across EMEA, from a diverse talent pool. This role is key to our growth strategy and to support our firm being an employer of choice for high performing talent. 

This individual will lead the team’s performance recruiting talent in a fast-paced and evolving legal market, as well as take a continuous improvement approach to operational effectiveness.  They’ll also act as lead on senior search roles at Director and Head of Function level. Driving best practice, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and adapting our recruitment approach to meet the needs of the business are key.
