Location: Bristol – Queen Square offices

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) + OTE £40,000

As the business continues to grow, we are now seeking an experienced internal recruiter with advanced knowledge of bets practices in commercial b2b sales talent acquisition to help accelerate the organisation through this period of growth.

 

Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top executive talent (sales centric) into the business. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for your roles, with a focus on outreach and headhunting to attract the best talent into GDS.

 

As a key member of the GDS team, The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the recruiting sales cycle and possess good negotiation skills. They should be confident with building new applicant relationships and maintaining existing ones. Self-motivated, proactive, dedicated, and results-oriented professional with a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.

 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned targets.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates, building relationships with top executive candidates within our market place.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
  • Own the candidate experience for sale centric roles
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for successful executive candidates.
  • Develop and nurture key internal stakeholder relationships
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Good understanding of executive search, with a focus on executive-level positions.
  • Demonstrate success in identifying and engaging with top Sales talent
  • Proven experience working with a range of Applicant Tracing Systems (implementation experience would be advantageous).
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Have advanced knowledge of local employment laws
