Talent Acquisition Manager

In our dynamic Talent Acquisition area, we work in different teams: Headquarters ,  Tech, Sales, Expansion and Blue Collar. You will become part of our recruiting team and help Enpal to form our freelance field sales team!

• High-volume recruiting:  You work closely with our team to identify and recruit the best minds for our field sales areas.
• Positive Candidate Experience:  As the first point of contact, you conduct interviews and accompany our candidates through the entire hiring process up to the offer.
• Communication : You have experience in clearly communicating the various aspects of an offer to applicants.
• Brand building:  You help to strengthen and promote Enpal's employer brand. You are an ambassador for the company culture and ensure that we are perceived as an attractive employer in the freelance market.
• Reporting:  you have experience with KPIs and tight deadlines.

qualifications

• You have completed a degree in business administration, business psychology or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a fast-growing company such as a startup or in a management consultancy
• You are a communication talent and can respond flexibly to the needs of various stakeholders such as hiring managers or candidates.
• You have a goal-oriented way of working, a high degree of proactivity and can manage several positions at the same time.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English 
• Optional: You have already worked with Airtable.
