Our client is a fast-growing technology scale-up headquartered in Asia, now expanding rapidly in APAC with its International HQ in Dubai, UAE, powered by cutting-edge technology. They are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment excellence across multiple markets, specifically in the Far East. The role is central to building diverse, high-performing teams while driving recruitment strategy across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid-to-senior hires across diverse functions.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to design and deliver effective TA strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for tech, operations, and commercial roles.
- Drive sourcing efforts (LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, job boards, niche channels).
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Drive employer branding campaigns to position the company as a regional talent management.
- Manage and optimize ATS processes, recruitment metrics, and reporting.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on market trends in TA across Asia-Pacific and the Far East.

π― Candidate Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai, with eligibility to work.
- Minimum 4 yearsβ experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in e-commerce, sales, or fast-growing companies.
- Experience recruiting across APAC (Far East) markets.
- Proven track record in startups and/or multinational environments.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Independent, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Fluent in English.
