Position Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to meet the organization�s current and future workforce needs. The scope of this role encompasses both internal and external hiring across a range of functions and levels, supporting our goal of building a high-performing, innovative, and inclusive organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, engage and hire top talent aligned with the organization�s workforce needs and culture.
  • Lead and mentor the recruiting team, provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive effectiveness and professional growth.
  • Ensure recruitment team is optimized with regard to capacity and specialization to deliver talent aligned with business needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Optimize recruiting operations, systems, and reporting for scale, including ATS management and data driven insights.
  • Create a consistent excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Other duties may be assigned; responsibilities may change.

Additional Responsibilities Perform the above-referenced essential duties and responsibilities as well as assist in directing the work of employees assigned to the department by leading and overseeing their day-to-day activities and work schedules and by providing work-related guidance to Talent Acquisition team in accordance with the Company�s policies and procedures. Although this position shall provide the authority to lead, oversee and direct the day-to-day work of assigned employees and to report work assessments to management, it shall not provide the authority to take the following actions: hire an employee, fire an employee, promote, or demote an employee, discipline an employee in a formal manner, reassign an employee, or alter benefits of an employee. All such decisions shall be made by the responsible senior manager(s) in consultation with the Human Resources Department.

Qualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years� talent acquisition experience in a medium to high volume environment.
  • Minimum 5 years� experience leading and managing employees.

Education:

  • Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or a combination of work experience and certification.

Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition, including knowledge of various recruitment channels and technologies.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve challenges within the recruiting process.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to Auburn Hills, MI

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Experience - Auto finance industry.
  • Certification � SHRM or PHR

Work Schedule This position is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence two days per week. The role also requires flexibility to work various shifts to meet business needs, typically between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed. Travel requirements are estimated at 0�10%.
