You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and placing top talent across multiple departments while fostering a positive candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs and business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Manage and mentor a recruitment team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes and improve efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, optimize processes, and report on key performance indicators
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to support onboarding and integration of new hires
