Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our organization in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will lead our recruitment initiatives, build high-performing teams, and develop talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and placing top talent across multiple departments while fostering a positive candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs and business objectives
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Manage and mentor a recruitment team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes and improve efficiency
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, optimize processes, and report on key performance indicators
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to support onboarding and integration of new hires

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related human resources functions
  • Proven experience managing recruitment teams or leading recruitment projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools
  • Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret recruitment data
  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
