Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build exceptional teams that drive our organization forward. This full-time position requires a strategic thinker who can balance high-volume recruiting with quality candidate experiences while maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and possess a proven track record in talent acquisition and candidate management.



As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve as a key business partner to department leaders, understanding their unique needs and delivering top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and strategic objectives. You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, while continuously improving our processes and employer brand.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and growth projections
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand current and future staffing needs, creating proactive recruitment plans
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality standards
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions across all departments
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment effectiveness and ROI
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions simultaneously, from job requisition to offer acceptance
  • Create compelling job descriptions and postings that accurately reflect role requirements and attract qualified candidates
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques
  • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process with hiring managers
  • Lead behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally supporting a field-based or multi-site workforce
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Track record recruiting across multiple departments and levels
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required
