Reporting to the VP of People, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey. You will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and onboard top talent across various functions within our organization.


The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven individual who can balance building recruitment processes with the agility to address immediate hiring needs.


 


The salary range for this role is $130-$155k depending on geography and level of experience, plus equity and an annual bonus.

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage diverse candidates for various roles within the organization, including clinical, customer service, administrative, technical, and leadership positions.

  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice: Embed a focus on DEIJ into our employer brand, recruiting strategy, and processes, and analyze data to assess effectiveness and suggest changes.

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs, align recruitment efforts, and provide valuable insights.

  • Process Development: Build and refine recruitment processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure a streamlined and efficient hiring process.

  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge of the healthcare, health insurance, and digital health sectors to attract and hire candidates with specialized experience and qualifications.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, reflecting our company's values and culture.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive advantage in attracting talent.

  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to promote Carrum Health as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Finesse recruiting data and metrics in order to provide reporting to executives and Hiring Managers, as well as drive insights and evolve future strategy accordingly.  

  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Love to build from the ground-up - you’re excited to partner with the VP of People to build strong, scalable talent acquisition processes while managing full-cycle recruiting roles 

  • Have 5+ years experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably with a combination of agency and startup experience 

  • Have experience within the broader healthcare and digital health ecosystem - you know where to source new teammates coming from health plans and from other digital health startups 

  • Are able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Have a strong commitment to our core values of: Care More, Never Give Up - Ever, and Distinctly Unique

  • Have intricate knowledge of Greenhouse and know how to optimize for reporting
