We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead this Center of Excellence, with responsibility for designing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across our corporate and 24/7, multi-site manufacturing operations. This role ensures an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while driving continuous improvement, team development, and alignment with our business goals and culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Team Leadership: Mentors, coaches and develops a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborates and aligns with HR leaders on key priorities.
- Talent Strategy: Designs and executes innovative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of talent, aligned with business goals. Participates in annual strategic planning, contributing to budget and short- and long-term HR strategies. Oversee contingent workforce strategy and third-party staffing partners, as needed.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborates with hiring managers and the HR Operations team to understand talent needs and deliver proactive solutions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensures a seamless, engaging, and inclusive candidate-centric experience at all stages of the process.
- Employer Branding: Enhances Sartori’s presence as an employer of choice through digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversees all stages of recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. Manage the full cycle recruiting process for senior level positions.
- Onboarding: Oversees the pre-employment processes from offer to orientation, ensuring smooth transitions in partnership with HR and business leaders.
- Hiring Manager Education: Oversees and supports the development and delivery of training to educate leaders on best practices and legal requirements related to the recruiting, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improves recruitment systems, tools, and workflows to increase accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
- Metrics & Reporting: Leverages data to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and improve outcomes.
- Technology Management: Oversees the UKG Recruiting Gateway and Onboarding modules to drive effective utilization. Stay current with trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to support the advancements in processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of full cycle, high-volume recruiting experience, including experience in manufacturing is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to build, develop and lead high-performing teams is required.
- Demonstrated success implementing scalable recruiting strategies across exempt and non-exempt roles is required.
- Experience using advanced recruiting technologies (e.g., ATS, AI, automation tools); UKG proficiency preferred. Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and drive innovation is required.
- Experience using HR data and metrics to inform decisions and track outcomes is required.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and hiring best practices is required.
- Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are preferred.

WORK LOCATION
This is a hybrid position (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) located at our Pleasant View corporate office located in Plymouth, WI.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 10%).
