For one of our clients, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead, remotely from Portland, OR.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for both technical and non-technical roles. Your primary focus will be on building a strong pipeline of candidates in cloud computing, Microsoft Azure, IT consulting, and executive positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, define recruitment strategies, and manage the full-cycle hiring process. This role requires expertise in sourcing passive candidates, managing external recruiting agencies, and optimizing recruitment workflows to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top technical and non-technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish interview processes.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct outreach, to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Foster relationships with external staffing agencies to support contingent workforce needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through clear communication and efficient hiring practices.
Requirements - 8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, particularly in cloud computing, IT consulting, or Microsoft Azure-related roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise consulting positions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close highly skilled technical professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing recruitment metrics.
- Experience working with global and remote teams is a plus.
