The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a key role in executing the companyβs hiring strategy while supporting and guiding a team of Talent Acquisition Partners. This role combines active requisition management with coaching and process leadership, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Lead partners closely with hiring leaders, HR Partners, and the Talent Acquisition Directors to drive results, promote consistency, and foster a collaborative, high-performing recruiting culture.
