As the Diverse Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving strategies, programs, and initiatives that promote the attraction, development, and retention of First Nations and culturally and linguistically diverse peoples at the AFL.
This role is based in Melbourne, within the People & Culture Team and would suit a results-driven individual with experience in human resources or recruitment.
The AFL considers that identifying as an Aboriginal or a Torres Strait Islander is a genuine occupational requirement for this position under s 28 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic).
