About the role


We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract and secure top talent across Advanced Supply Chain and the wider ReUse loop. This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark in a growing business where recruitment is recognised as a critical driver of success.

You'll be a driven and commercially minded recruiter, focused on adding value at every stage of the recruitment process and is equally comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders as you will be delivering at pace. Whether your background is in-house or agency, you'll bring a strong track record of delivering quality outcomes across multiple functions and the confidence to influence and improve the way we hire.

Beyond day-to-day delivery, you'll help build our employer brand, develop proactive talent pipelines, and contribute to a recruitment function that positions us as an employer of choice.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working, with site presence based at our Bradford office in BD12 when you are on site. In return, we offer a salary of ÂŁ34,000 - ÂŁ38,000 depending on experience, along with a structured development plan including training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing, pre-screening through to offer stage.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, provide trusted talent advice, and ensure recruitment requirements are clearly defined.
  • Produce clear, high‑quality job descriptions and adverts that effectively promote roles and support talent attraction.
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies that attract high‑quality candidates.
  • Support workforce planning and talent pipelining across key business areas.
  • Maintain a strong focus on providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support ad‑hoc talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and the continuous development of recruitment frameworks.

What we need from you


  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, either in‑house or agency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing methods and platforms.
  • A professional, proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the organisation confidently and professionally.
