DescriptionJob Summary:
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Lead to join our India-Pacific Talent Acquisition Team.
This role has a broad scope across the South Pacific region (Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea), where you will manage key elements of the recruitment process, oversee local projects, and support strategic recruitment initiatives. You will manage a team of Associate Recruiters and partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience aligned with Cummins’ talent acquisition strategy.
You will make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee recruitment processes for internal and external applicants, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Manage and coach a team of 3 Associate Recruiters to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee local recruitment projects and initiatives to meet business needs across Asia Pacific.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
- Collaborate with external recruiting sources and attend recruiting events as needed.
- Implement and monitor recruiting processes to ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
- Lead cross-functional projects and associate recruiters to meet talent acquisition needs.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Focus on employment branding and candidate engagement strategies
- Utilize and maintain applicant tracking systems and provide periodic reporting.
ResponsibilitiesAdditional Information:
- Full Time / 38 hours per week (164.6667 per month)
- Location: Scoresby, VIC
- Onsite flexible – 40% work from home
Experience / Certifications:
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience guiding a team and delivering recruitment projects
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Highly Advantageous Experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams.
- Proven success in delivering projects across diverse regions.
- Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvement
