Talent Acquisition Lead

UDig builds digital products for enterprise clients. We hire engineers, designers, product managers, and delivery leaders who operate in client-facing, billable environments. We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to own the recruiting process end-to-end. This role is accountable for demand forecasting, pipeline creation, candidate quality, hiring speed, hiring manager discipline, and external recruiter performance. You will personally run priority searches while building the structure that makes hiring predictable.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to accepted offer
Partner with Growth and Practice Leaders to forecast talent demand
Build and maintain proactive pipelines across priority roles
Reduce time-to-hire while protecting the hiring bar
Hold hiring managers accountable to speed and decision quality
Manage external recruiters to clear performance expectations
Ensure Greenhouse reflects accurate, real-time pipeline visibility
