As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will:

• Lead and execute national recruitment strategies that attract top talent across Australia and New Zealand
• Use workforce planning and market insights to shape proactive hiring strategies aligned with business goals
• Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for both current and future workforce needs
• Mentor and empower a high-performing recruitment team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver innovative workforce solutions and advise on market trends
• Champion best-practice recruitment, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience
• Drive employer branding and process improvements to strengthen our talent pipeline

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally in a multi-site retail or fast-growing corporate environment
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the confidence to work closely with executives and senior leaders
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to excel in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Driven, self-sufficient and KPI-focused professionalism, with the resilience and ambition to consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets
