Program structure:
Duration/Schedule: Full-time during the summer months and part-time during the school year
Location: Mequon Office - Hybrid
Start Date: January 2026
What you'll need:
Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Planning and organizational skills
Time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to succeed in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred experience:
HR or office experience.
Customer service experience.
Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.
What you'll focus on:
Assist with scheduling virtual and on-site interviews
Participate in campus recruitment and support university relations
Identify new and creative ways to source top talent
Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects
Day to Day Support of the Talent Acquisition Team
