SUMMARY 

The Talent Acquisition Intern will provide part-time support to the Talent Acquisition team while gaining hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle. This role will assist with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruiting events, candidate communications, and other Talent Acquisition projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple platforms (phone, video, and in-person), ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers. 
  • Support new-hire and onboarding coordination by facilitating communication and required documentation. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with guidance from the Talent Acquisition team. 
  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, campus visits, and other early-career recruiting initiatives. 
  • Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing and research through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting channels. 
  • Assist with posting job openings to internal and external job boards and reviewing postings for accuracy. 
  • Support initial candidate review and screening activities, as appropriate, to help identify candidates who align with role requirements. 
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition and broader Human Capital teams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, recruiting, or a related area; prior internship, campus involvement, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a part-time work schedule. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, or other recruiting tools is a plus.
