The pay range for this position is $19.00-$20.00 per hour.

Summary:Internwillassistthe Talent Acquisition Department with a wide range of projects related to recruiting, screening, sourcing etc. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills she or he may haveacquiredin school related to his or her areas of interest and apply them in a professional setting. He or she will gain a better understanding of the role that Talent Acquisition can play and be better prepared to work in thearenaof Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to review resumes,identifycandidates, andinitiatethe on-boarding process
Schedule interviews for our talent acquisition and hiring teams.
building pipeline of candidates and build relationships
Conduct phone screens andmonitorcandidates throughout the interview process
Assistrecruiting efforts on social media, networking, and ATS
Communicate professionally with candidates and other members of HR
Supportspecial projects and events including but limited to career fairs, hiring events, processdocumentationand sourcing reports
Perform other tasks as requested
Education and/or Experience
Degree (B.A.) candidate from College or University or relatedexperience;or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office software, competent with Microsoft Word,Exceland Outlookand Canva.
