Research and map our current hiring process to identify friction points and opportunities for enhancementÂ

Audit and rewrite interview and rejection templates to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with our valuesÂ

Develop employer-brand content that showcases our hiring philosophy and candidate experienceÂ

Support interview scheduling, coordination, and data tracking to uncover process bottlenecksÂ

Contribute to internship program reviews and help implement recommended improvementsÂ
