This role is a full-time, in-person internship in Raleigh from May - August 2026, with the possibility to extend the internship through December 2026 (or beyond).

A DAY IN THE LIFE

- Sourcing top talent for architecture & civil/structural engineering positions using LinkedIn and other channels
- Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with talent acquisition team & hiring managers
- Coordinating virtual and in-person interviews, including candidate communication and follow-ups
- Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team
- Coordinating event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution
- Drafting and scheduling social media content that drives engagement and builds OneFourTwo's employer brand
- Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date
- Partnering with universities and career centers to strengthen relationships and boost candidate pipelines

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development
- Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Raleigh from May - August 2026, and possibly through December 2026
