The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition department while working closely with all members of the TA/Recruiting team. They will contribute to the business, will lead and own certain deliverables and will also be assigned to specific, meaningful projects throughout the duration of the internship. Covenant’s internship program mission is to provide a hands-on learning experience through project work, leadership development, job shadowing and interaction with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage progress on assigned projects and tasks
  • Communicate daily progress, questions, and issues to intern’s supervisor
  • Spend time with all enterprise departments to assist in developing the early career program
  • Create official recommendations for early career program
  • Audit current TA processes and recommend changes
  • Other duties/projects as assigned

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent
